Joe is a seasoned executive leader focused on bringing out the best in people and solving complex business problems through process and persistence. Originally trained as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Bast spent the first part of his career creating leadership development/learning programs, 

building HR systems, and conducting organizational surveys. He has led Learning teams at Fortune 500 companies and built People teams from scratch at small startups during his career.  

Joe has recently served as a C-suite executive/ VP People/ HR thought leader and coach. He has also held roles as a talent management professional, learning expert & OD consultant. Joe is most passionate about building an amazing place to work where employees fully engage to perform at their peak, grow their careers, and stick around because they are challenged and rewarded.
