Over the past ten years, Britney has built her career in the startup tech space, focusing specifically on a holistic people-first experience encompassing talent/recruiting, People Ops, employee experience, events, DEI&B, and workplace experience globally. Britney has spoken on several webinars about creating meaningful and inclusive employee programs such as onboarding, ERGs, and workplace experience. Currently, she runs all workplace design, facilities management, and events globally for Harness.
