Ryman is a tech recruiter turned culture and people ops guru. She currently leads people operations, HR, and talent acquisition for an AI/ML consulting firm based in Austin, Texas. Her interests and expertise lie in emerging tech, ethics in AI, remote-first culture building, and scaling startups through a people-focused lens. She holds a BS in Computer Animation and a minor in Architecture History from Texas A&M University.
